We're open for you. COVID-19 Update
Our Teen Afterschool IOP program is ideal for teens who are still in school but need intervention for mental health and substance use issues. Our holistic program considers a teen’s social, emotional, and physical development and the unique challenges of overcoming substance use while a teen’s brain is still growing. We focus on developing good social and academic habits with a strong family component in treatment.
This is a longer term program lasting 8-12 weeks. Each client also receives individual support in addition to that shown above through bi-weekly sessions with the licensed senior clinician and bi-weekly sessions with the primary family therapist. In addition to our in-person IOP program, we offer it as an online program.
Our Virtual IOP program offers the same programming, all online. Ideal for those who live too far to drive in one of our centers, have transportation issues, or health concerns that make in-person treatment challenging. All sessions take place live with master's level therapists providing therapy.
For roughly 16 hours per week, this program includes a heavy academic component, weekly family sessions, group therapy sessions, and weekly community activities.
Our comprehensive and holistic program offers a wide variety of treatment modalities that addresses an adolescent's growing brain and social development.
Parents are required to attend multi-family group therapy sessions held once a week. There are also weekly individual family support groups available for all family members to attend. Topics covered in group include:
