Boulder, Colorado
Our women’s transitional living program in Boulder is for women, between the ages of 18-30, who are participating in one of our PHP or IOP programs.
We understand that transitioning from a structured setting like detox to living on your own can be a big challenge. This is why our transitional living program integrates the safe and supportive environment of a recovery home, with PHP or IOP programming.
This training will equip you with the tools you need to succeed in all areas of your life.
Our highly trained staff will work with you to develop a structured care plan that is tailored to your unique needs.
You’ll practice conflict resolution and rebuild family relationships all while living with others who understand exactly what you’re going through.
The added support of a transitional living center gives you the tools you need to succeed in recovery and in life.
Our commitment to our clients’ lasting success and recovery helps us continually exceed licensing standards of care throughout the industry.
The Boulder Rehab Center is situated very near to the transitional living center, so you won’t have to travel far for treatment. Everyone in this group will be attending 25 hours a week of day treatment, which includes evidence-based therapies in individual, group, and family settings.
This program is not one-size-fits-all, which is why we listen to you and figure out what route will work best.
Other therapies include experiential, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and many more.
Recovery is about more than simply abstaining from drug or alcohol use.
It is also about developing a sustainable, balanced, and independent lifestyle.
Each Saturday, we have an outing or activity. Residents get to suggest activities they’d like to do like going to the batting cages or play basketball.
Sundays are free days, where some stay at home and relax, while others go hang out with friends and friends or exercise at the gym.
Recovery living can be especially helpful for young adults (ages 18–30) who need support in developing healthy lifestyle habits and developing life skills, would benefit from a supportive substance-free living environment, or find that living with family is creating too much strain on their relationships.
Our experienced team is here to support you in achieving your unique goals. We will work with you one-on-one to develop a plan that meets your specific needs.
“I’ve learned so much in my time here and am so blessed to have meet so many beautiful people through this program!”
