We offer both a Partial-Hospitalization Program (PHP) and an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) in Northern Virginia.
If you need more care, enroll in our PHP program. You will attend structured therapy sessions 3-4 days per week for each day. These extended sessions include individual counseling, group therapy, and family therapy, all aimed to help you heal and grow.
Our flexible IOP includes the same treatment interventions as our PHP, but you will visit our center 1-2 times each week. You will be able to complete your educational or professional responsibilities, while receiving therapies that help you feel more like yourself.
