Teen & Young Adult Mental Health Treatment

At Sandstone Care, we offer support for teens and young adults struggling to navigate life changes and big decisions. It can be even harder to navigate those challenges while experiencing mental health issues like anxiety, depression, or PTSD.

At our mental health center, we will work with you on personalized treatment plans built around your circumstances. With our low-client-to-high-staff ratio, you will receive the personal attention you need to feel empowered in creating the life you want.

You don’t need to worry about falling behind. Our programs are designed for you to heal without putting your life on hold. In our mental health treatment program, we offer 12 hours per week of intensive outpatient treatment so that you can maintain your daily routines.

From Chaos To Community

“As someone who has spent all of my life – up until the complete breakdown – ignoring my mental health, there’s no time like the present to start working on yourself.”

After having been in and out of outpatient programs in another state, Nick was at the end of his rope. Admitting himself into the IOP program at Sandstone Care’s mental health facility was his final “Hail Mary” pass — and he’s glad he did it.

Listen to Nick’s inspiring story of how his treatment helped him understand his diagnosis, connect the dots of his past, and build a network of friends and mentors who supported him the whole way.
