Our Colorado Springs Center is a spacious building equipped with private rooms for one-on-one therapy, group therapy, and academic/vocational learning. Our licensed and qualified clinical teams lead intensive outpatient and day treatment programs that prioritize the rehabilitation of our clients.

We take pride in creating a supportive and nurturing environment that encourages teens and young adults to focus on their recovery and develop healthy coping skills. Our goal is to help our clients thrive in life beyond treatment and achieve long-term wellness.

Age-Specific Care
We are age-specific, not gender-specific. We focus on the unique circumstances that teens and young adults face.
Evidence-Based Therapy
We only use treatment interventions that have been scientifically proven to provide consistent, lasting recovery.
Small Group Sizes
You are not a number, that’s why we provide a comfortable setting where your voice can be heard.
Individualized Treatment Plans
No one person is the same, and neither is their recovery journey. Your treatment program will be tailored to your unique needs.
Academic and Vocational Support
We want clients to get the most out of life, which means doing their best in the classroom or at their job.
The Family Component
Recovery involves the entire family, so we provide support for the whole family system.

Structured Programming for Your Recovery Journey

Our treatment programs include multiple individual therapy sessions each week to provide one-on-one support and guidance. In addition to individual therapy, clients can connect with others on a similar journey through our weekly group therapy sessions. These sessions are designed to foster a sense of community and provide the opportunity to share their experiences and support one another.

We also offer weekly experiential activities such as ropes courses and community social events. These activities provide clients with opportunities to develop new skills, build self-confidence, and practice healthy coping strategies in a supportive and nurturing environment.

The young adult mental health program runs from 9am-12pm on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday of each week. In addition, the program provides 2 hours of Academic/Vocational work per week, on Tuesday and Thursday from 1-2pm.

Our goal is to provide teens and young adults with a holistic treatment experience that addresses their unique needs and helps them develop the skills needed to manage their mental health and achieve their goals.

Our intimate, small groups focus on a well-balanced recovery, utilizing weekly multifamily group, academic/vocation “adulting” skill building 2 times weekly; specialized group therapy led by licensed clinicians and medical providers who are available to meet participants for medication management and collaborate weekly with each clinician. Clinical groups are a combination of skills-based programs emphasizing the use of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and person-centered process groups for individuals experiencing mental health problems such as depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), anxiety, panic disorder, suicidal ideation, and previous trauma.

Loved ones play a vital role in the overall wellness of each individual served. Individual family therapy sessions are offered bi-weekly to examine the role the family members play in creating new patterns of behavior and changing old behavior that reinforced negative behaviors.
