Not sure where to begin?
Sandstone Care aims to drive positive lasting change in real people. We understand that you have a life, so we offer a more personalized experience than you would find anywhere else.
We are age-specific, not gender-specific. We focus on the unique circumstances that teens and young adults face.
We only use treatment interventions that have been scientifically proven to provide consistent, lasting recovery.
You are not a number, that’s why we provide a comfortable setting where your voice can be heard.
No one person is the same, and neither is their recovery journey. Your treatment program will be tailored to your unique needs.
We want clients to get the most out of life, which means doing their best in the classroom or at their job.
Recovery involves the entire family, so we provide support for the whole family system.
Depression is more than just feeling down for a few days — symptoms are long lasting and can affect you in many ways.
Anxiety disorders are thought patterns of fear, dread, and uneasiness that affect other aspects of your life.
Trauma is the emotional response to a specific event like an accident, sexual abuse, or a natural disaster.
ADHD is marked by difficulty focusing, controlling impulsive behaviors, and over-activity.
EBTs are scientifically-proven therapies that are guided by relevant data. Patient preferences are prioritized, which maximizes their options and adds flexibility to individual treatment plans. Evidence-based therapy is safe and consistent treatment, so your recovery is not left up to chance.
Some additional benefits include:
The American Psychological Association created the policies for EBT using the best research available. Their studies have shown that these therapy treatments work due to the combination of clinical training and science.
Our licensed clinical staff is trained in therapy treatments that are proven to be effective. This means they had to learn and follow certain guidelines for how they provide care.
Since these kinds of treatments are scientifically proven to be effective, the chances of relapse are less likely. This means you’ll be able to save more money in the long run.
EBT requires specialized training in the different kinds of therapies. Treatment options aren’t based on the therapist’s mood, they are backed by training and scientific results.
Adult-Specific Approach
Be seen. Be heard. Be valued.
We can’t change people. We can’t change families. But we can empower you with the tools, steps, and community you need for long-lasting change.
Daily Addiction Programming
We believe people are wired to learn through fun and exploration.
Our qualified, supportive, and caring staff help you to identify underlying factors that are contributing to your substance use disorder. We listen to your concerns and support you in each step of your recovery process, so you can live a healthier and happier life.
Not only are we experts in safe medical detox, but we also believe in treating the whole person. You may have mental health challenges alongside your addiction, and our staff is trained to identify and treat those conditions.
Because there can be an overlap in symptoms between drug use and mental health disorders, it’s very important to accurately assess and treat both challenges together. Some symptoms of mental health disorders can make addiction recovery more difficult as you try to self-medicate.
By using holistic medical detox methods that take your mental struggles into account, you can reach long-lasting recovery and feel like yourself again.
