Our clinical groups combine skills-based programs, focusing on DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), along with person-centered process groups. These sessions cater to individuals facing mental health challenges, such as depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, and past trauma. We strive to create a nurturing environment where participants can find the support they need on their journey to recovery.
Family plays a vital role in the overall wellness of each individual served. Individual family sessions are offered bi-weekly to examine the family’s role in creating new patterns of behavior and changing old behavior that reinforced negative behaviors. Connection is key in recovery. The family is taken into heavy consideration throughout our case management process. We ensure that family members are informed of all available crisis services. Our program also utilizes weekly multi-family groups to reinforce new skills being learned in groups and as a source of support and guidance.
