Young Adult IOP Mental Health Programs

Young Adult Mental Health Intensive Outpatient Program

Program Focus: Substance Use | Mental Health

Our Young Adult Mental Health Intensive Outpatient Program, often shortened to IOP, helps young adults to develop healthy coping mechanisms and understand their mental health struggles, so they can successfully overcome them.

Our Mental Health Program

The goal of our comprehensive behavioral health IOP program is to address mental health concerns such as anxiety, trauma, and depression. We strive to help young people become the healthiest version of themselves and become who they want to be.

Our IOP program is a longer-term treatment program lasting 8-12 weeks. Each client receives individual support, bi-weekly sessions with the licensed senior clinician, and bi-weekly sessions with the primary family therapist.

Our Virtual IOP program offers the same programming, all online. Ideal for those who live too far to drive in, have transportation issues, or health concerns that make in-person treatment challenging. All sessions take place live with master's level therapists providing therapy.

Young Adult IOP Curriculum

Our 8-week curriculum covers the following topics:

  • Self-Value/Discovery/Awareness
  • 3 States of Mind: Emotional, Rational, Wise
  • Emotional Regulation/Management
  • Introduction to the Brain
  • Trauma Education
  • Family
  • Community
  • Relapse Prevention Planning

Additional Behavioral Health Services

In addition to our group and individual therapy sessions, we offer full wrap-around services:

  • Psychiatric Consultations
  • Medication Management
  • Multi-Family Group Therapy
