Ewa Godinez currently serves as the primary therapist at Colorado Springs Detox Center. She graduated from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs in 2018 with her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and is currently working toward obtaining her addiction counseling certification. Ewa is a person-centered, solution-focused, genuine, welcoming, and emphatic counselor, who enjoys helping clients through a variety of challenges. Ewa uses a variety of therapeutic modalities and interventions in treatment, including DBT, CPT, and EMDR. Her goal is to provide clients with a safe environment in which they can be open and honest. She strives to meet clients where they are at, which also challenging them, as she believes we grow when we are uncomfortable.
