Sandstone Care offers sober living to help support individuals early in recovery and in need of structured living accommodations.
We believe in balancing just enough structure and accountability with the freedom to learn and grow. Our Sober Living homes are available for clients engaged in treatment with us. We have a sober living home for men in Denver, Colorado Springs, and a women’s sober living in Boulder.
Recovery is about more than simply abstaining from drug or alcohol use.
It is also about developing a sustainable, balanced, and independent lifestyle.
Our sober living home is located in Denver, and near public transportation making it accessible to the broader Denver metro area.
Each Saturday, we have an outing or activity. Residents get to suggest activities they’d like to do. For instance, we may go to the batting cages or play basketball. Sundays are free days, where, for example, some stay at home and relax, while others go hang out with friends and friends or exercise at the gym.
Our home is staffed by trained professionals seven days a week. Training includes de-escalation training, first aid, CPR, and medication management. Staff support residents in their journey to figure out what to do next.
A sober living home is a great environment to build a sense of community. You’ll make supportive friends who know exactly what you’re going through.
Our commitment to our clients’ lasting success and recovery helps us continually exceed licensing standards of care throughout the industry.
Recovery living can be especially helpful for young adults (ages 18–30) who need support in developing healthy lifestyle habits and developing life skills, would benefit from a supportive substance-free living environment, or find that living with family is creating too much strain on their relationships.
Residents in recovery living are part of a community where they support each other in developing life skills and creating community.
Our recovery living residences are staffed by experienced and caring professionals who are in the residence anytime that residents are present.
