Mental Health & Substance Use Assessment Center

Our Chicago, Illinois Assessment Center ensures that you receive the correct diagnosis. Sandstone Care has local treatment centers in Buffalo Grove for teens and young adults struggling with substance use and mental health. We also provide Virtual IOP for your convenience.

At Sandstone Care, we listen to your concerns and meet you wherever you are on your recovery journey. We offer a full continuum of care and have treatment centers located in Illinois, Colorado, Maryland, and Virginia.
