Michelle Garduno

Michelle Garduno is a seasoned Clinical Outreach Manager with over 20 years of experience in medical marketing and more than four years focused specifically on mental health and addiction services. She has built a career on connecting clinicians, therapists, and counselors with high-quality treatment options—helping bridge the gap between providers and the care their clients need. Michelle is especially passionate about supporting adolescents and their families in residential treatment settings, offering guidance and advocacy throughout the healing journey. 

Her work is driven by a strong belief in restoring hope for those who may feel it’s been lost. Outside of work, Michelle volunteers at women’s shelters, teaches generational healing classes, and finds joy in singing, dancing, and spending time with her family and friends.
