Chicagoland Mental Health Clinic For Teens and Young Adults

As an adolescent or young adult, life can be overwhelming, leaving you with crucial decisions and emotions that may make you feel anxious and isolated. If you’re struggling with mental health issues like depression, trauma, or anxiety, these challenges can intensify, making you feel stuck and unable to move forward.

Our focus is on your goals, not just your symptoms. We maintain a low client-to-staff ratio, so you’ll have dedicated attention and personalized treatment plans, not one-size-fits-all lectures.

Through our in-person Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), we offer comprehensive mental health care that will teach you coping skills you can put into practice right away. With Sandstone Care, you can finally focus on the goals that matter most to you.

Our Program Options

Our Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) offer structured care for teens and young adults struggling with various mental health challenges.

Our PHP involves visiting the center 3-4 days each week for several hours each day. This level of care is suitable for you if you require more immediate intervention for things like severe depression, anxiety, or acute psychiatric symptoms.

When enrolled in our IOP, you will attend treatment 1-2 times each week for a few hours at a time. This program provides ongoing therapy and support while allowing you to maintain their daily routines and responsibilities. It is right for you if you need ongoing support with a lower level of supervision.
