Building Resilience in Student-Athletes

Juggling the pressures of competition, academics, and growing pains leaves many young athletes stretched thin.

The preventative approach to mental health begins with recognizing the symptoms of struggle and building resilience to life’s challenges.

In partnership with schools and athletic programs, Sandstone Care mental health experts provide training for coaches and leaders on how to recognize the signs of mental stress in their players.
