Wyndi Skillrud, LPCC, is a compassionate primary therapist with a master’s degree from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology and experience across mobile crisis, inpatient psychiatry, and community mental health. She brings a well-rounded clinical background to her work, using CBT, DBT, ACT, and Motivational Interviewing to support clients in achieving meaningful progress. Wyndi is known for her collaborative approach and her skill in identifying complex diagnoses, often uncovering nuanced aspects of a client’s experience. She finds fulfillment in integrating adjunct therapies like neurofeedback, EMDR, and TMS to enhance treatment outcomes. Outside of work, Wyndi enjoys reading, Brazilian Samba dancing, and traveling with her significant other.
