Wendy Waltrip, LCSW

Wendy Waltrip, LCSW, is a compassionate Program Director who brings a deep commitment to representation, inclusivity, and meaningful client care. She earned both her Bachelor and Master of Social Work degrees from Colorado State University, completing the Advanced Standing M.S.W. program in 2021. Wendy specializes in psychodynamic, psychoanalytic, person-centered, and attachment-based approaches, and has experience working with LGBTQ+ individuals, women, adolescents, young adults, and other marginalized communities. She finds great fulfillment in witnessing clients’ growth and the powerful insights that emerge in the therapeutic process. Outside of work, Wendy enjoys spending time with her partner, friends, family, and beloved cat, while exploring her personal interests.
