With a background in business and economics and a minor in psychology, Warren blends strategic thinking with a compassionate, people-first approach. Throughout his career, he has consistently utilized Motivational Interviewing to support authentic engagement and long-term connection to care. Known for his non-judgmental presence and deep belief in the potential for change, Warren is passionate about encouraging others as they take meaningful steps toward healing. Outside of work, he enjoys playing tennis, learning the viola, exploring art, traveling, and spending time with his adult daughters.
