Tess Gordon is a passionate Clinical Outreach Manager who brings both professional insight and lived experience to her role at Sandstone Care. Though she began her career in the tech startup world, her heart has always been in behavioral health—volunteering in homeless shelters, mentoring at-risk adolescents, and serving as a Certified Addiction Coach. As someone in long-term recovery, Tess is deeply committed to connecting adolescents and young adults with high-quality care that supports lasting transformation. Her work is driven by the belief that recovery is possible and everyone deserves a chance at a healthy, fulfilling life. When she’s not working, Tess can be found trail running, hiking, mountaineering, and enjoying time with her partner, mom, dog, friends, and recovery community.
