Sophie Koch, MA, LGPC, NCC, is an adolescent therapist passionate about helping young people navigate mental health challenges with creativity and care. She earned her bachelor’s in psychology from UMBC and a master’s in professional clinical counseling from La Salle University, gaining extensive training in CBT, DBT, ACT, and EMDR. Sophie specializes in working with individuals aged 12+, with a focus on LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, and neurodivergent clients, as well as those managing anxiety, depression, and borderline personality disorder. She is dedicated to making therapy a meaningful, engaging process tailored to each client’s needs. Outside of work, Sophie enjoys running, hiking, volunteering, and spending time with her dogs, family, and friends.
