Rowan is the Empowerment Director at Sandstone Care, which is our spin on HR. Rowan has a BA in Geology from Colorado College. He first became interested in behavioral healthcare when he worked at Open Sky Wilderness Therapy as a field guide and family services guide. He worked with adolescent and young adult clients and their families. Rowan has held several administrative roles at Sandstone Care since early 2017 from digital marketing, to some operations support, recruiting and onboarding to his current position running the Empowerment Team.
