Raimi Ross, LCPC, NCC, is a clinical program director and passionate mental health professional dedicated to fostering growth and positive change. She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Boston College and her master’s in counseling psychology, with concentrations in Adlerian and addiction counseling, from Bowie State University. Raimi is a Board Approved Supervisor in Maryland and is currently pursuing her doctorate in counselor education and supervision at Walden University. She specializes in working with women, teens, African American, LGBTQ+ populations, and individuals navigating substance use challenges, using Adlerian, REBT, DBT, and feminist approaches. Outside of work, Raimi enjoys cooking, reading, swimming, and spending time with her daughter, husband, and close friends.
