Melissa McCarthy

Melissa McCarthy is the Senior Director of Strategic Growth at Sandstone Care, where she leads national initiatives to expand access to treatment and drive mission-aligned growth. With a background in public relations and nearly 15 years of experience in behavioral healthcare, Melissa brings a strategic and relational approach to scaling client acquisition and developing long-term partnerships. She has worked closely with student-athletes, coaches, unions, payers, and employee assistance professionals to create pathways to care. Outside of work, Melissa enjoys exercising, thrifting, browsing farmer’s markets, and spending quality time with her daughter.
