Lucy Ayim, LMSW, is a compassionate primary therapist dedicated to helping young adults and teens navigate mental health and substance use challenges. She earned her master’s degree in social work from Rutgers University and has five years of experience in outpatient mental health and addiction treatment. Lucy uses Motivational Interviewing, CBT, and DBT to support clients in reconnecting with their identity and working toward meaningful goals. She is known for her empathetic and trustworthy approach, creating a safe space for healing and growth. Outside of work, Lucy enjoys attending church, traveling, organizing spaces, and spending time with her husband, kids, and church family.
