Lizette Leon, LCSW, CADC, is a seasoned clinical program director with over 12 years of experience in the mental health and addiction treatment fields. She holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in social work and is licensed as a clinical social worker and certified alcohol and drug counselor in Illinois. Lizette specializes in working with individuals with dual diagnoses, justice-involved clients, and their families, using modalities such as CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and person-centered approaches. Her goal is to create a respectful, supportive space where clients feel empowered to work toward their goals. Outside of work, Lizette enjoys traveling and spending quality time with family and friends.
