Larry Baird

Larry joined Sandstone Care following a career in the Healthcare and Consumer Goods industries. He brings decades of progressive leadership experience directing client management, business development, strategic partnerships and operations.

Larry’s experiences supporting family, friends and co-workers living with mental health and substance use challenges fuel his passion and commitment to improving the health and well-being of others. He is a certified SMART Recovery facilitator, serves on the board of a local non-profit providing resources for mental health initiatives in local high schools and supports other non-profit organizations in the community.

Larry is a native of Richmond, VA and currently resides there with his family. He enjoys live music, sporting events and peaceful walks with his dog Louie.
