Kerrie Laughlin, LPC, LSATP, CSAC, is a dedicated Program Director with deep experience in mental health and addiction counseling. They hold a BA in psychology and religion from Mary Baldwin College and an MA in professional mental health counseling from South University, with certifications in CBT, DBT, EMDR, and ABFT. Kerrie specializes in working with adolescents, families, trauma, and substance use disorders, and is passionate about leading teams with empathy and compassion. They find fulfillment in witnessing moments of realization and growth in both clients and supervisees. Outside of work, Kerrie enjoys Lego modular building, off-roading, outdoor cooking, and volunteering as a mental health disaster responder—often accompanied by their supportive dog, Patches.
