Ben Sigley currently serves as the Director of Housing Programs at Sandstone Care. Ben began his recovery journey in 2013, graduating from The Stout Street Foundation, where he facilitated Men’s Empowerment and Co-facilitated Transactional Analysis and Maladaptive Scehma Classes on a weekly basis as an alumni. Throughout Ben’s own recovery journey, he developed a passion for working with newly recovered individuals, and helping to integrate independence and structure in their lives. Ben began his career at Sandstone in 2016, serving as the first Recovery Living House Manager through Rally Point Alpha. With the support of the leadership team at Sandstone, Ben was an intricual part of the development of the established sober living programs that exist today. Ben currently leads the entire team of housing managers for Sandstone Care, in providing the best sober living support for clients who require a safe structured place to learn new coping skills. Ben is also continuing to expand sober living environments at a national level in partnership with the clinical and medical teams. Ben is highly respected in the recovery community, and holds a high level of integrity within Sandstone Care.
