Asti McKean, LPC-R, QMHP, is a passionate Primary Therapist with a strong foundation in mental health and substance use treatment. She earned her M.S. in Counseling Psychology from Chaminade University of Honolulu and has since worked across several states, providing therapy and training in a range of clinical settings. Asti specializes in working with adolescents and adults experiencing substance use challenges, using CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Person-Centered Therapy to guide clients toward achieving their goals. As both a veteran and a military spouse, she brings deep understanding and empathy to her work, especially for clients from military backgrounds. Outside of the therapy room, Asti enjoys practicing yoga, reading in coffee shops, participating in her book club, and spending time with friends and family.
