We offer a continuum of care for teens and young adults struggling with substance use, addiction, and mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, and personality disorders. Our rehab programs are especially tailored for youth and their families to help everyone get to a healthier place.
We focus on helping teens, young adults, and their families build the skills they need to become better versions of themselves. Using various evidence-based therapies, we treat each aspect of drug and alcohol abuse and mental health. Dianna is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Addictions Counselor. Dianna has over 20 years of clinical experience working with adolescents and young adults. She earned her Master of Arts degree in Psychology from Regis University. Dianna has worked extensively with individuals struggling with substance use throughout her career. She started her career at Arapahoe House as a Program Manager and most recently, Dianna was the Clinical Director of a Denver-based substance use outpatient program as well as a Denver-based wellness program. Dianna manages the day-to-day clinical and administrative functions and conducts the initial assessments as well as the family orientation sessions.
Dr. Braud is a Medical Doctor specializing in Psychiatry. Dr. Braud has 17 years of medical experience working with adolescents and young adults. She earned her Medical Degree from the Louisiana State School of Medicine. Dr. Braud completed her residency in Pediatrics at Oregon Health Sciences University. She also completed an internship at the Menninger Clinic with a focus on Psychiatry. Dr. Braud completed her fellowship in Child Psychiatry at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center. In addition to her specialization in Psychiatry, Dr. Braud is also certified in Functional Medicine. In addition to serving as the Medical Director for Sandstone Care, Dr. Braud also has a private practice. Dr. Braud performs psychiatric assessments and evaluations, manages medication, and collaborates closely with Sandstone Care’s multidisciplinary team during treatment and discharge planning.
Dr. Nathan Moore is Board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. Dr. Moore attended Stanford University in Palo Alto, CA for his undergraduate work and then attended Duke University School of Medicine and obtained his M.D. in 1995.
Dr. Moore then came to Colorado and completed his residency in family medicine at the University of Colorado’s family medicine program at Rose Medical Center. He has a special interest in addiction medicine, treating patients with opioid use and alcohol addiction. In 2017, he became board certified in Addiction through the American Board of Addiction Medicine. Dr. Moore is the Medical Director for Sandstone Care's Detox Center.
Dr. William serves as Sandstone Care's staff psychiatrist at our Boulder Location and works closely with our Clinical Director and Medical Director across both locations. Dr. William received his medical degree from University of Benin College of Medicine. He was Chief Resident at the University at Harlem Hospital Center, College of Physicians & Surgeons of Columbia. Dr. William is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He is a Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association and is Board certified by the American Board of Addiction Medicine (ABAM) and Member of the Colorado Psychiatric Society.
Sarah earned her Master's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling with a specialization in substance use disorder from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale. Sarah has over 4 years of clinical experience in individual, family, and group therapy. Sarah recently moved to Denver from Chicago after working as an addictions therapist at Rosecrance Health Network. Sarah has worked both in residential and intensive outpatient settings, with both adolescent and young adult populations. Sarah is currently the Program Director at Sandstone Care supporting the adolescent treatment program at our Boulder facility.
Brannon is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Addiction Counselor II. Brannon has 20 years of clinical experience working with adolescents and young adults. He earned his Master of Arts degree in Counseling, graduating Summa Cum Laude, from Denver Seminary, and is currently completing his Doctor of Philosophy Program in Psychology from Grand Canyon University. Brannon also currently manages the psychiatric assessment team at St. Anthony’s Hospital and previously facilitated individual and group psychotherapy as a primary therapist in both outpatient and in-patient programs. Brannon leads the adolescent groups and individual sessions, as well as assists with the initial assessments.
