Our Team

We’ve assembled a highly-credentialed team of doctors, therapists, and specialists. They have collectively worked with thousands of clients throughout their careers in helping adolescents and young adults struggling with drug and alcohol abuse and/or mental health issues like depression, and anxiety.

We firmly believe a highly experienced, dedicated team with a passion for working with teens and young adults is the single most important piece of a program. Our team is fully committed to our mission of relentlessly pursuing successful clinical outcomes.

Dianna Sandoval
Dianna Sandoval, LPC, LAC
Executive Clinical Director

Dianna is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Addictions Counselor. Dianna has over 20 years of clinical experience working with adolescents and young adults. She earned her Master of Arts degree in Psychology from Regis University. Dianna has worked extensively with individuals struggling with substance use throughout her career. She started her career at Arapahoe House as a Program Manager and most recently, Dianna was the Clinical Director of a Denver-based substance use outpatient program as well as a Denver-based wellness program. Dianna manages the day-to-day clinical and administrative functions and conducts the initial assessments as well as the family orientation sessions.

Braud
Dr. Mary Braud, MD
Medical Director, Denver & Boulder

Dr. Braud is a Medical Doctor specializing in Psychiatry. Dr. Braud has 17 years of medical experience working with adolescents and young adults. She earned her Medical Degree from the Louisiana State School of Medicine. Dr. Braud completed her residency in Pediatrics at Oregon Health Sciences University. She also completed an internship at the Menninger Clinic with a focus on Psychiatry. Dr. Braud completed her fellowship in Child Psychiatry at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center. In addition to her specialization in Psychiatry, Dr. Braud is also certified in Functional Medicine. In addition to serving as the Medical Director for Sandstone Care, Dr. Braud also has a private practice. Dr. Braud performs psychiatric assessments and evaluations, manages medication, and collaborates closely with Sandstone Care’s multidisciplinary team during treatment and discharge planning.

William Arshad
Dr. Arshad William, MD
Staff Psychiatrist, Denver & Boulder

Dr. William serves as Sandstone Care's staff psychiatrist at our Boulder Location and works closely with our Clinical Director and Medical Director across both locations.  Dr. William received his medical degree from University of Benin College of Medicine. He was Chief Resident at the University at Harlem Hospital Center, College of Physicians & Surgeons of Columbia.  Dr. William is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He is a Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association and is Board certified by the American Board of Addiction Medicine (ABAM) and Member of the Colorado Psychiatric Society.

William Lawson, MD
Medical Director, North Bethesda

William Lawson serves as the Medical Director for Sandstone Care's North Bethesda facility.  Dr Lawson has over 30 years of experience working with substance use and mental health disorders across the continuum of care.  In addition to his direct clinical work, Dr. Lawson is an adjunct professor at the University of Maryland.  He graduated from the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine, is board certified in psychiatry and addictions. 

Dr. Nathan Moore, MD
Medical Director, Colorado Springs & Cascade Canyon

Dr. Nathan Moore is Board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. Dr. Moore attended Stanford University in Palo Alto, CA for his undergraduate work and then attended Duke University School of Medicine and obtained his M.D. in 1995.

Dr. Moore then came to Colorado and completed his residency in family medicine at the University of Colorado’s family medicine program at Rose Medical Center. He has a special interest in addiction medicine, treating patients with opioid use and alcohol addiction. In 2017, he became board certified in Addiction through the American Board of Addiction Medicine. Dr. Moore is the Medical Director for Sandstone Care's Detox Center.

Brannon Pruet, LPC, CAC II
Program Director, Denver

Brannon is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Addiction Counselor II. Brannon has 20 years of clinical experience working with adolescents and young adults. He earned his Master of Arts degree in Counseling, graduating Summa Cum Laude, from Denver Seminary, and is currently completing his Doctor of Philosophy Program in Psychology from Grand Canyon University. Brannon also currently manages the psychiatric assessment team at St. Anthony’s Hospital and previously facilitated individual and group psychotherapy as a primary therapist in both outpatient and in-patient programs. Brannon leads the adolescent groups and individual sessions, as well as assists with the initial assessments.

Sarah Fletcher, LPC, CAC II
Program Director, Boulder

Sarah is a licensed professional counselor, who earned her Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling with a specialized focus in substance use disorders from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale. Sarah has several years of clinical experience, including individual, family, and group therapy. Sarah moved to Denver from Chicago IL after working as an addictions therapist at Rosecrance Health Network. Sarah is trained in EMDR, mindfulness, and has extensive experience with both DBT and CBT. Sarah has worked in both residential and intensive outpatient settings throughout her career. Sarah is currently the Program Director at Sandstone Care, supporting all clinical levels of care at our Boulder facility, as well as supporting in clinical assessments.

Amy Armstrong, LPC, LAC
Program Director, Colorado Springs Detox

Amy’s passion for helping is rooted in a deep understanding of life challenges and the belief that every individual has the resiliency to overcome these challenges. She is a Licensed Addiction Counselor and a Licensed Professional Counselor. She is also EMDR trained. Her experience includes working with both mental health and substance use disorders. She has worked with both adolescents and adults and specializes in substance use disorders, dual diagnosis, and trauma treatment. Additionally, she focuses on mood disorders, thinking disorders, chronic impulsive, chronic relapse, anxiety, co-dependency, grief and loss, as well as issues related to self-esteem.

Kevin Barwick, LCPC-S
Program Director, North Bethesda

Kevin has worked in various capacities, including the Department of Social Services, private practice, hospitals, residential addictions treatment and in Outpatient Mental Health Clinics (OMHC's). He has graduate and post-graduate degrees and training in Mental Health from the University of Maryland and Bowie State University. His role at Sandstone Care is the Clinical Program Manager. He is very excited to be a part of the team.

Jon Judge, LCPC, NCC
Primary Therapist, North Bethesda

Jon Judge is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and works as a young adult therapist at Sandstone Care. Jon earned his Masters of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Bowie State University. Over the past 7 years, he has worked with a diverse population of dual diagnosed individuals in recovery for substance abuse and mental health rehabilitation as well as populations with developmental disabilities, and brain injuries ranging in age from 17 to 71 years of age. For the past three years, he's worked as a program manager for a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program supervising a team of counselors, case managers, and interns providing direct service to a public mental health population returning to the community from long term psychiatric services.

D'ri Jones, LCSW, CAC III
Primary Therapist, Denver

D'ri is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Certified Addictions Counselor, Level III. She earned her master's degree from the University of Denver. D’ri has 15 years of clinical experience with adults who have mental health conditions and/or substance use disorders. She previously served at the University of Colorado's Addiction Research & Treatment Services (ARTS), the Office of Veterans Affairs, Arapahoe/Douglas Mental Health, Boulder Mental Health Partners and in private practice. She specializes in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and the trauma modalities of EMDR and CPT. Her work is mindfulness-based and she honors the inner wisdom of each person she meets. At Sandstone Care, D’ri is a Primary Therapist, running IOP groups and providing individual therapy at our Denver facility.

Stella Benami, PsyD
Primary Therapist, Denver

Stella earned her Doctor of Psychology and Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology degrees from Midwestern University in Glendale, AZ and her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology degree at the University of Colorado. She completed her pre-doctoral internship training at AspenPointe Behavioral Health in Colorado Springs, CO. Stella is trained as a generalist and has a broad range of experience in mental health and substance abuse treatment, which includes work with individuals across the lifespan and provision of individual and group therapy, as well as psychological assessment. Over the past four years, Stella has worked in various settings including: inpatient, outpatient, residential, and private practice, and for the past two years, she gained extensive experience working with individuals dually diagnosed with severe and persistent mental health disorders and substance abuse disorders. Stella currently serves as a Primary Therapist at Sandstone Care, supporting the adolescent treatment program at the Denver facility.

Peter King

Primary Family Therapist, North Bethesda

Peter is a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor in the state of Maryland and earned his Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Marymount University.  Peter has experience working with adults and adolescents in substance abuse and mental health recovery providing individual, group, and family counseling.  He has also provided case management and crisis intervention.  Peter currently serves as a Primary Family Therapist at Sandstone Care's Bethesda, Maryland location.

Reider
Amanda Reider, LPCC, NCC
Assessment, Intake & UR Coordinator, Denver

Amanda is a Nationally Certified Counselor and a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate. She completed her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Argosy University Denver. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Applied Behavioral Analysis from Kaplan University. Amanda has worked as a Behavior Therapist for children with Autism and is experienced in behavior modification interventions. Over the past several years, Amanda has worked, extensively, with adults suffering from severe and persistent mental health disorders within the Colorado Mental Health Institute at Ft. Logan. Additionally, she has worked with adolescents involved with Department of Human Services and/or the Department of Youth Corrections. Her experience also includes Psychiatric Emergency Services with Denver Health, completing assessments with Denver TASC and working as a Primary Therapist for women’s, residential services at Arapahoe House. Amanda finds connecting with individuals and their families during the early stages of recovery invaluable. She strives to instill hope and peace of mind in not only the those entering treatment but their families as well. Amanda coordinates assessments, intakes, and utilization reviews for clients connecting to Sandstone Care’s programs.

Anne Kahn, LPC, CAC II
Utilization Review & Intake Coordinator, Denver & Boulder

Anne is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Certified Addiction Counsellor II. She has over 17 years of clinical experience working with adolescent and adult clients. Originally from Finland, Anne roamed the World before settling in Boulder, Colorado. She got her B.A. in Psychology from CU-Boulder and her M.A. in Transpersonal Counseling and Art Therapy from Naropa University. She worked as an art therapist with dual diagnosis clients at Longmont United Hospital's inpatient psychiatric department. Later, Anne triaged psychiatric evaluations for the emergency room at the hospital. She also worked at Centennial Peaks Hospital as an IOP therapist, social worker and as a utilization review coordinator. At Sandstone Care, Anne uses her experience to manage assessments and intakes while she facilitates client transitions into Sandstone Care’s programs.

Kerry is a Licensed Clinical Social Work and Licensed Addiction Counselor Level III, and has over 28 years of clinical experience working with adolescents, young adults, and adults. She earned her B.S. in Social work at the University of Wyoming-Casper, and her Master’s Degree from the University of Denver.  She began her career at Denver Area Youth Services working across several programs as a Clinician and Program Manager for over 13 years.  She later worked with DOC and Federal Bureau of Prisons clients and parolees for several years; in 2007 she began working for the National Institute for Change as the DUI Program Manager.  Kerry currently serves as the Primary Clinician for the outpatient and relapse prevention groups for both adolescents and young adults at Sandstone Care.

Annabella Cordova Barnes

Primary Therapist, Boulder

Annabella is a PRN clinician for Sandstone Care's Denver and Broomfield locations. She received her Master's in Counseling from Regis University and trained as a Junior clinician with Sandstone care. Annabella is a Colorado native with a passion for working with adolescents and young adults. She facilitates group therapy sessions for clients at both of our Colorado locations.

Samantha earned her Master’s degree in counseling at Regis University.  Prior to her current role, Samantha held a position as a clinical intern at Sandstone Care observing and facilitating IOP groups and eventually running the outpatient group at the Boulder location.  Before Sandstone Care, Samantha worked in a residential setting at Aurora Mental Health’s crisis stabilization unit.  Samantha currently serves as a Primary Therapist at Sandstone Care, supporting the adolescent treatment program at the Boulder facility.

Lead Dietitian & Nutritionist, Denver

Sara is a Registered Dietitian. Sara has 6 years of experience working with adolescents and young adults. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science and Nutrition/DPD from San Diego State University. She worked as a Registered Dietitian at Eating Recovery Center in Denver for the last five years, and is now working in private practice. Sara is the Vice President of and serves on the Executive Board of the Denver Metro Chapter of the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals (IAEDP). Sara leads the nutritional component of the program at Sandstone Care. Sara collaborates closely with the multidisciplinary team during treatment and provides nutritional assessments, as needed, for both the young adults and adolescents.

Michelle P
Michelle Pelle, LSW
Primary Family Therapist, Denver & Boulder

Michelle is a Licensed Social Worker and she completed her Masters in Social Work with a concentration in Family Systems at the University of Denver. Prior to becoming the Family Therapist, Michelle worked on the admissions team performing initial assessment screens, completing insurance verifications, and providing ancillary support during the transition into our program. Other previous experience includes co-facilitating family programming at Sandstone Care in a Junior Clinical role; as well as working in a two-year residence for low-income, single parent families in Denver assisting with intake, assessments, and programming. In her current role, Michelle facilitates family programming, including the multi-family group, and family therapy between the Denver and Boulder locations. Additionally, Michelle has a certificate in Animal-Assisted Social Work and incorporates a Professional Therapy Dog, named Wonton, into her work multiple times a week.

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, North Bethesda

Sherry is our team’s Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, with 32 years experience in healthcare. She works collaboratively with the clients to diagnose, treat, and prescribe medications for substance use and co-occurring psychiatric disorders. She is licensed to conduct psychotherapy. Sherry has experience in the inpatient, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient levels of care for substance use disorders and psychiatric/co-occurring disorders. She is currently pursuing her Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree with the University of Maryland in Nursing. Her research specialty area is peer aggression and victimization/bullying among adolescents. She is a member of the American Society of Addiction Medicine. She collaborates closely with the Sandstone Care staff on the management of clients’ medical and psychiatric/psychological issues related to addiction and co-occurring disorders.

Tamera Deibert, RN
Charge Nurse, Colorado Springs

Tammy earned her undergraduate degree in biology from Warner Pacific College in Portland, OR in 1993. She received her ADN from NIACC, Mason City, IA in 2005. She is currently a Registered Nurse in the state of Colorado and has a specialty in Med Surg - CMSRN. Tammy has over 12 years of experience in Adult and Geriatric, Stroke, Respiratory and two years of Psychiatric nursing. She has a well rounded scope of co-occurring and co-morbid diagnoses that helps in holistic care of clients.

Ann Keating, MS, CNS, LDN
Dietician, North Bethesda

Ann Keating is a licensed integrative dietetic nutritionist in Maryland. She loves bringing awareness, as well as practical tools, to clients to help facilitate change. An area of particular focus and advanced training for Ann, is nutritional therapy for mood, such as depression, anger, anxiety, stress, food cravings, and addiction.

Ann serves as adjunct faculty at Maryland University of Integrative Health. Previously, Ann worked in an integrative physician’s office supporting clients with chronic Lyme disease.  Ann holds a Master’s degree in Nutrition and Integrative Health and a Master’s degree in Health and Wellness Coaching, both from Maryland University of Integrative Health in Laurel, MD.

Trisha Johnson, LPCC, RYT
Primary Therapist, Denver

Trisha completed her Master’s degree in Counseling and her Yoga teacher training in Central Florida. From there she relocated to Colorado to pursue her passion of integrating eastern philosophy with western psychology to become a trauma-informed Yoga Therapist. Trisha is an advocate for wellness and self-care and specializes in mindfulness meditation practices. Her clinical experience includes working with adolescents and adults through various levels of care (ie. inpatient, residential, and outpatient). Trisha has over 6 years of experience with severe and persistent mental illnesses, substance use disorders, PTSD and is skilled with crisis stabilization.

Liam received his bachelor’s in mathematics from the University of Colorado and has 13 years experience tutoring adolescents and young adults. Born and raised in New Orleans, Liam studied physics at Tulane University before transferring to CU Boulder.  Prior to joining Sandstone Care, Liam worked at AIM House’s Manifest program as academic support. Prior to that, Liam worked as a teacher at Dream Catchers Legacy of Learning.  Liam currently serves as the Academic & Vocational Coordinator at Sandstone Care's Boulder, CO location.

Charlene St. Jean, MA
Academic & Vocational Specialist, North Bethesda

Charlene has over 25 years of experience has an educator. She has worked with high school aged students preparing them for the GED and has helped these students prepare portfolios which would assist them with their longer term collegiate goals and career aspirations. In addition to working with Sandstone Care, Charlene is also a media specialist for Prince George County Public Schools. She has a passion for teaching and has dedicated her life to being an educator. She holds a Master's degree in Education. When she is not teaching, Charlene loves to to cook and sing and to spend time with her loving husband and best friend, Edmond Saint-Jean. 

Priscilla
Priscilla Gonzalez, MA
Admissions Coordinator, Denver, Boulder, Bethesda

Priscilla has a Masters in Sport and Performance Psychology and is currently working towards a BCBA with the University of Northern Colorado. Previously, she has been working in the educational, clinical and addiction treatment fields since 2010. Most notably working to support families with children that engage in risky behaviors. Priscilla is bilingual in Spanish and English as she comes from the Dominican Republic, where she completed her bachelors in Clinical Psychology. She has a passion for education and supporting families to get the best resources available. At Sandstone, Priscilla is the first point of contact for many families. She supports families who are struggling to identify their child's needs and uses her professional and personal experience to guide them through challenging decisions.

Meg Wainwright, LGPC
Assessment & Intake Coordinator, North Bethesda

Born and raised in Washington, DC. Meg moved to Utah for her undergraduate and graduate degrees, earning her Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling with an emphasis on Family Systems from Westminster College in Salt Lake City, Utah. Meg has been working in the human services field for the last decade between volunteering and being a clinician. Three years ago, Meg made the transition back to the DC area intent on helping people better our community. Meg is currently the intake and assessment coordinator for Sandstone Care, hoping to give a smooth transition into treatment for individuals and their families.

Kelly Swann
Admissions Coordinator

Kelly is an Admissions Coordinator for Sandstone Care in the North Bethesda office. Prior to joining the team at Sandstone Care, Kelly was the Director of Operations and a hair stylist at a prominent hair salon in Rockville, MD. Kelly is newly entering this industry and her passion is fueled by her own personal experience in long term recovery coupled with the impact addiction has made on her family. The rising epidemic of addiction is what prompted Kelly's desire to transition to a career helping with mental health and addiction. Kelly has the heart of a servant and finds great reward in helping others.  She is dedicated to delivering exceptional support and resources to the families that reach out to Sandstone Care.

Kyle Fajen
Residential Manager, Rally Point Denver

Kyle found his calling in the recovery field 4 years ago. When he found himself needing help from addiction, he realized how many other people needed help just like him. Since completing 2 years of treatment at the Stout Street Foundation, Kyle made it a goal to help any and all addicts in any way he can. To do this he continues to read psychology books on his own time to gain more understanding of how the human mind works. Kyle is a housing manager for Sandstone Care's recovery living residence called Rally Point. He supports young men living at the house with structure, accountability, medication administration and recovery coaching.

Ben Sigley
Residential Manager, Rally Point Denver

Ben is the house manager for our men's recovery living house in Denver, called Rally Point. Prior to joining the Sandstone team, he worked in construction teaching trade skills and the importance of hard work to young men in early recovery. He also taught a men's empowerment class for 2 years for the Stout Street Foundation in Denver. Ben is a Denver native in long term recovery and has a passion for helping others. As the house manager, Ben supports the young men living at Rally Point by holding them accountable to their goals, managing any client medications, and maintaining close communication with the clinical team. Ben uses his own experience with addiction to guide our clients as challenges arise.

Residential Manager, Rally Point Denver

Todd is the house manager for our men's recovery living house in Denver, called Rally Point. Prior to Sandstone, Todd worked in construction as a commercial plumber. He also has experience in the retail industry. After years in active addiction, Todd found recovery through the Stout Street Foundation and has since dedicated himself to helping others to overcome addiction. He is a passionate outdoors-man, getting out to mountain bike, swim, or practice martial arts when time permits. He uses his personal experience with substance abuse to support the young men at Rally Point by administering medications, providing structure and accountability, and guiding them through the early stages of recovery. 

Aaron G
Aaron Gawronsky
Residential Manager, Rally Point Rockville

Aaron is a residential manager at our men’s sober living house in Rockville, MD. Aaron has extensive clinical experience as an RDCS (registered diagnostic cardiac sonographer) and is now dedicated to serving families and individuals struggling with addiction. Aaron was born and raised in Los Angeles. As the housing manager at North Bethesda sober living, Aaron provides guidance and structure for his clients, and helps them connect to the recovery community and build healthy relationships. He stays in communication with the clinical team to keep pace with each client’s personal progress. His own experience with addiction makes him well suited to help our clients recover and overcome personal challenges.

Rowan Hill
Empowerment and Alumni Manager, Denver

Prior to joining Sandstone Care, Rowan worked at Open Sky Wilderness Therapy as a field guide and family services guide. He worked with adolescent and young adult clients and their families. Rowan has a BA in Geology from Colorado College and is working towards his Masters in Social Work as a part-time student. At Sandstone Care, Rowan is the first point of contact during the hiring and onboarding process for new staff members. He also oversees our alumni support services for former clients.

Drew Powers, CAI-II, CSAC-A
Admissions & Business Development Manager, Bethesda

A native of Northern Virginia, Andrew started his career in the behavioral health field just one year into his personal recovery from addiction. Today, Andrew is dedicated to giving back to families, clients, and professionals struggling with substance use & co-occurring mental health disorders. Over the years Andrew has held a variety of positions including certified substance abuse counselor, digital marketing, and national outreach consultant. Andrew is also a certified ARISE interventionist. Andrew joined the Sandstone Care family to represent the lifesaving service in the Virginia, Maryland, and D.C. metro area.  This representation includes establishing, developing, and maintaining ethical professional & collaborative relationships within the immediate community and supporting the organization’s national outreach efforts.

Tracy earned her Master of Arts degree in Educational Psychology at the University of California, Los Angeles, earned her Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Denver, and earned her Juris Doctor degree from Boston University.  Prior to joining Sandstone Care, Tracy was the Director of Operations and Business Development at the Newman Center for the Performing Arts, and prior to that, the Executive Vice President, Programming Distribution for TCI. Tracy is also a trained Interventionist and is a Board Member for the National Center for Intervention, Eating Disorder Foundation of Denver, and Harmony’s Development Board. For Sandstone Care, Tracy currently focuses predominantly on partnerships with schools, local medical professionals, and treatment providers within the community.

Jess Barry
Jess Barry, BA
Clinical Outreach Associate, Denver & Boulder

Prior to joining Sandstone Care, Jess worked as the Community Outreach Manager at Colorado Youth at Risk, a non-profit youth mentoring agency. She recruited and trained hundreds of volunteer mentors to be paired with at-risk adolescents in the Denver Public School district. Prior to that, Jess was the Director of Admissions at a private college, leading a team of twelve admissions counselors. Jess brings a vast knowledge of coaching and mentoring, marketing expertise, and a passion for making a difference in the lives of young people. Jess has a BA in Psychology from Metropolitan State University of Denver and a level I certification in Internal Family Systems (IFS).  At Sandstone Care, Jess is part of the Community Outreach team, focusing on partnerships with local private practice therapists, psychiatrists, hospitals and judicial and educational consultants

Walter is our Insurance Advocate Lead and works in our Denver office. Walter is a recovering addict and Stout Street Foundation graduate with over seven years of sobriety. Walter is currently pursuing a business management degree at MSU Denver and has 10 years of marketing experience. He is adapting his experience to understand the ins and outs of insurance billing so that Sandstone Care can start our own billing department to ensure that our clients are getting the support they deserve from their insurance company.

Kristin LaSart
Insurance Advocate

Kristin is the Insurance Advocate at Sandstone Care. She enjoys flying kites, hiking, and spending time with her 6 year old daughter. She has a degree in Mortuary Science, is fascinated by human physiology, and has a servant's heart! She is also in recovery and is honored to be able to support others in their journey toward a better and more meaningful life.

Colt Smith
Clinical Outreach Associate, Colorado Springs

Colt is a Colorado transplant from Texas who has been working in the recovery field for 8 years. His experience started as a House Manager at a sober living community while playing music in a recovery band. Moving to Colorado was motivated by a position at an adolescent residential treatment center where a passion for helping teens developed. Colt’s work has included milieu counseling, admissions counseling, lead therapist, and program director of a non-profit adolescent early intervention program in Colorado. Colt is a storyteller and has lectured about substance use over in schools across Colorado over 1,000 times. In the position of Clinical Outreach Associate, Colt focuses on fostering meaningful relationships with our neighboring agencies to help young people and families find wellness.

Luke Mattey
Community Outreach Associate, North Bethesda

Luke is the Community Outreach Associate for Sandstone Care in the DC Metro area. Born and raised in southern Ohio, Luke received his BS in Family Financial Management from The Ohio State University and spent his early career in the finance industry. Prior to joining Sandstone Care, Luke worked in recruiting as a Recruiting Manager and training as a National Trainer. Helping individuals in any way possible has always been a driving force in Luke’s personal and professional life-whether it be listening and sharing his insight or providing opportunities to focus on others’ strengths. Since beginning his personal journey in recovery in 2016, Luke’s passion for helping others has grown exponentially, allowing him to thrive in his current role at Sandstone Care. As Community Outreach Associate, Luke supports the Outreach Team by focusing on building meaningful partnerships with community providers and creating new avenues for the life-saving service to enhance the lives of even more families and individuals. Luke enjoys spending his free time cycling, playing acoustic guitar at his church, helping the less fortunate, and being with his family.

Kriti Dhungel
Office Administrator, Denver

Kriti Dhungel was born in Kathmandu, Nepal and raised in Denver, Colorado. She recently graduated from Texas Tech University with a bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and minor in Biology and Chemistry. She loves to travel, dance, and help serve her community. She aspires to volunteer for United Nation as a youth mentor in the future as well as Nutritionist/Nurse in a nonprofit organization. Kriti is the Office Administrator at Sandstone Care's Denver office where she supports the clinical and outreach teams.
