Cascade Canyon is a residential treatment center designed specifically for teens struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. We help teens learn a healthy way to handle the daily challenges of their lives.
We serve 8-10 teens at a time so they each get 100% of the personalized attention they need, every day.
Guests typically stay 30-60 days. Our goal is to get them home with family to work on their new skills sooner than later.
Nestled peacefully to Pikes Peak Mountain, just outside of Colorado Springs, Colorado.
Our therapy is not the sofa-based, teeth-pulling kind. We use experiential therapy, which means we incorporate movement to connect both body and mind. Our therapists turn activities like horseback riding, hiking, or playing music into effective counseling sessions.
Upon completion of residential care at Cascade Canyon, clients can step down into Intensive Outpatient Programming. For clients who do not live near one of our centers, we can offer IOP virtually, using Telehealth online platform.
Just because a teen is struggling with mental health, trauma and/or substance use doesn’t mean they aren’t so much more. Our program addresses every aspect of their lives, from their physical and mental health to their relationships and schooling. This holistic approach ensures we treat more than symptoms to create lasting, positive change.
Our staff are here to help restore lives and they don’t take that job lightly. Team members are all fully credentialed, incredibly caring, and always willing to chat. Each resident is assigned a multidisciplinary team, which includes a psychiatrist, individual therapist, family therapist, nurse(s), teacher, and recovery counselor(s) to help them succeed.
