Our Outpatient Programs (PHP and IOP) provide structured, evidence-based care while allowing clients to continue living at home and staying connected to school, work, and family.

Treatment combines individual therapy, group sessions, family involvement, and skill-building focused on emotional regulation, communication, and resilience all under the guidance of licensed clinicians. Families remain closely involved through regular updates, family therapy sessions, and collaborative care planning, ensuring everyone moves forward together.

In a recent study of people who completed treatment with us, the group reported a 48% decrease in anxiety symptoms and a 63% decrease in symptoms of depression. They also reported a 95% reduction in suicidal ideation.
