Sandstone Care’s extended residential treatment program in North Bethesda is specifically designed for young men (18-30) who are actively engaged in Partial Hospitalization Programs or Intensive Outpatient Programs with us. Sober living homes offer a safe, supportive environment that balances accountability and freedom.

The support groups from this sober living facility will give you the tools you need to excel in your evidence-based PHP or IOP programs at our nearby addiction treatment center. Our recovery coaches are always available, so you will never have to go without having someone to talk to during this process.

How is Sober Living Helpful?

If you’re a young man (18-30) and you feel like your environment is triggering or that your family relationships are strained, a recovery living program can be a lifeline. Residential programs offer a substance-free environment where you can grow, gain independence, and develop essential life skills.

You’ll participate in high-quality day treatment Monday through Friday for five hours each day to learn how to best approach sobriety and gain practical behavioral health skills.

You will also build a strong community of peers who understand what you are going through in group therapy. Alongside our expert staff, you will create the support and accountability you need to reach recovery.

Choosing Sobriety and Accountability

“My life has improved in every aspect, I think because I’m not relying on something that could be so detrimental to me just to feel like myself… I’ve come to the conclusion that I’m still growing and I don’t have all the answers. And I’m okay with that.”

Taking the first step to overcoming addiction doesn’t have to be hard. Take some time to listen to Nico share his story of making the choice to pursue sobriety, along with the incredible ways his life has improved since.

If you’re considering entering a young adult drug treatment program, know that you aren’t alone and have a compassionate community cheering you on at Sandstone. Begin your journey by verifying your insurance or giving us a call.
