Young women ages 18 to 30 who are enrolled in any of Sandstone Care’s programs may choose to live at our sober living home while in treatment. Here, you’ll be immersed in a therapeutic environment and surrounded by caring team members and peers who will help you find your way again.
Your level of programming and day-to-day scheduling will vary according to your specific needs, but here’s an idea of what you’ll experience as part of the Sandstone Care family:
Dialectical Behavior Therapy teaches skills for mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness.
Motivational Interviewing is a supportive therapeutic approach that centers your experience in an effort to inspire positive behavioral change.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an integrative psychotherapy approach offered at Sandstone Care.
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is a type of psychotherapy that helps you accept the difficulties that come with life.
Rally Point is a beautiful residence in a quiet neighborhood, with privacy and gorgeous views of the Flatirons. Young women, ages 18–30, can find a safe and supportive environment conducive to recovery.We’re conveniently located near downtown Boulder and CU-Boulder. You’ll feel right at home in our spacious accommodations with amenities like Wi-Fi, a full kitchen and a large outdoor patio.
