Cherry St., Denver, CO 80222), Sandstone Care's Day Treatment Groups are over 30 hours per week. The Day Treatment sessions are facilitated using evidence-based programming that include process, educational, and experiential components. Sandstone Care's curriculum was developed using several evidence-based programs and incorporates some of the following topics: Mindfulness, Mental Health Stabilization, Self-Care, Life Skills, Emotional Regulation, Relapse Prevention, Socialization Skills, and Self-Esteem. The emphasis of the day treatment program is on helping clients become stable for the transition to the Intensive Outpatient Program. with Brannon PruetBrannon S Brannon Pruet - Senior Clinician. Brannon leads the adolescent groups and individual sessions, as well as assists with the initial assessments. Brannon is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Addiction Counselor II. She has training in cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy. She received her Master’s degree in clinical social work with a specialization in Mental Health and Loyola University of Chicago. Her clinical experience includes running individual and group therapies at various levels of care. Throughout her experience Gretchen gained valuable experience in a variety of clinical settings. At Advocate Illinois Masonic Hospital, she worked on the crisis team in the ER, performing safety assessments, and referring out where needed. At North Shore Senior Center, she carried a caseload providing supportive counseling individually to seniors and also linked them with necessary community resources. At Compass Health Center, she worked with individuals and groups around issues of anxiety, depression, life transitions, and conflict resolution. She previously worked at Centennial Peaks Hospital as a therapist, at Children's Hospital Colorado in the Emergency Department, and at various other agencies facilitating outpatient psychotherapy groups focused primarily on substance use. The emphasis of the day treatment program is on helping clients become stable for the transition to the Intensive Outpatient Program. with Danielle “Dani” Hackett, LPC, LACDanielle Hackett is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Addiction Counselor.  Danielle has over 10 years of clinical experience working with adolescents and adults throughout her career in a variety of different program settings.  She earned her Master’s in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology with a double concentration in Art therapy and Gestalt Therapy from Naropa University in Boulder, CO and received her Bachelor’s degree from Green Mountain College in Poultney, Vermont where she studied Ecology and Systems Development.    Danielle has worked extensively with Co-Occurring Disorders, Substance Use Disorders, Eating Disorders, Medication Assisted Treatment, Trauma, Child Development, and Complex Trauma.  Prior to joining Sandstone Care, she worked as a clinician at the Harmony Foundation, a residential treatment program in Estes Park, Colorado where she worked with adults struggling with substance use and addiction.  Danielle serves as the Primary Young Adult Clinician at Sandstone Care's Broomfield, CO location. 11:00 am to 5:00 pm

Each client also receives individual support in addition to that shown above through bi-weekly sessions with the licensed senior clinician and bi-weekly sessions with the primary family therapist. While in the Day Treatment Program, individuals will also see the psychiatrist on a weekly basis for the evaluation and medication management.

For ages 18 to 30, Sandstone Care’s young adult day treatment program is over 35 hours a week of structured support. This program includes a heavy academic and vocational component (group vocational support sessions for three days a week), weekly family sessions (multi-family group sessions and individual family sessions), six hours per day of group therapy sessions for five days a week (evidence-based process, educational, and experiential components), and weekly community activities (sessions at Phoenix Multisport as well as young people’s CA/AA/NA meetings).
