Lindsey holds an undergraduate Human Services, Counseling and Mental Health degree from Metropolitan State University in Denver and a master’s degree in Counseling and Art Therapy from Southwestern College in Santa Fe, NM. Lindsey has worked with a diverse population of struggling young people in a variety of setting for over 13 years, primarily using art, experiential, attachment, and holistic theories and modalities as the vehicle for change. Dedicated to healing and personal transformation, Lindsey has a passion for working with those facing addiction, trauma, and mental health challenges.

It is her privilege as a practitioner to form deep, meaningful therapeutic relationships with clients, offering them the space to show up wherever they’re at and develop goals distinctive to the individual. She is committed to creating and maintaining an empathetic, safe, empowering environment that provides culturally respectful, relational, and supportive experiences through a variety of individualized interventions. When not working, you’ll find Lindsey in her studio painting or clay building, at a Rockies game with her husband, in the mountains with her dogs, Diamond and Darby, or snuggling her cats, Moo and Smol.
