Keira comes to us with over two years of experience as a medical insurance biller for Colorado substance abuse treatment facilities. She is a Colorado native and completed her BA at the University of Colorado, Denver in the summer of 2019. Keira is an experienced yoga teacher, with a specialty in restorative and yin yoga through her training with the Unnamed Yoga Project in Boulder, CO. Keira is passionate about fostering connection, creativity, and helping provide others the tools to deal with the unexpected.
