Darren Hoffer, MA

Darren Hoffer serves as the Senior Director of Business Development, overseeing Clinical Outreach, Alumni, and Discharge Planning at Sandstone Care. Trained in business management as well as clinical psychology he embodies an integrative and eclectic approach to developing referral relationships and engaging alumni in recovery. His entrepreneurial spirit has led business growth in many varieties, but after finding his true calling of working in behavioral health he has spent the last decade plus conducting clinical work, leading operations, and building development relationships across the country. Above all else, his core passion is organizational leadership. As a servant leader, he strives to set the tone for company culture in hopes to inspire and empower change in employees and organizational partners as well as families and current, future and past clients of Sandstone Care.
