Sandstone Care drug & alcohol treatment overview

Drug & alcohol rehab center for young adults and teens

Our Reston rehab center offers a full continuum of age-specific care for individuals struggling with drug and alcohol use, addiction, and mental health challenges.

Sandstone Care provides extended residential care for young adults by coupling our day treatment programming with our nearby sober living house.

Sandstone Care’s Intensive Outpatient Programming (IOP) is a more flexible option for teens and young adults who require a lower level of care. Programming can be completed after school or work and includes academic and vocational support.

For those who also struggle with mental health challenges our Virginia Center For Depression, Trauma, and Anxiety is also located within the Reston outpatient building.

Adult Detox Centers
We have detox centers located in Colorado Springs, CO and Fairfax County, VA.
Teen Residential Center
We have teen residential treatment centers located in Cascade Canyon, CO and Chesapeake, MD.

Age-Specific Care
We are age-specific, not gender-specific. We focus on the unique circumstances that teens and young adults face.
Evidence-Based Therapy
We only use treatment interventions that have been scientifically proven to provide consistent, lasting recovery.
Small Group Sizes
You are not a number, that’s why we provide a comfortable setting where your voice can be heard.
Individualized Treatment Plans
No one person is the same, and neither is their recovery journey. Your treatment program will be tailored to your unique needs.
Academic and Vocational Support
We want clients to get the most out of life, which means doing their best in the classroom or at their job.
The Family Component
Recovery involves the entire family, so we provide support for the whole family system.
