The teen and young adult years are formative and unique. Effective treatment has to include the social and mental health of the individual and equip them with the tools they need to succeed in school, work, and relationships. Our comprehensive treatment programs are individualized based upon each client's specific challenges and give them a clear plan for recovery and balance.
Every individual we serve is unique and responds differently to different therapies and activities. Some of the treatments and therapies we use include:
We believe in treating the client as a whole person, not just treating their symptoms. In order to make the biggest impact on a client's life, we confront issues that they face, but some are unable to cope with. In addition to various therapeutic modalities, our clients will also engage in the following:
We've created a full continuum of care for our clients, so a person can enter treatment at a level that is appropriate to their needs and continue with us as they step down to lesser levels of care.
For clients over the age of 18 who would benefit from a higher level of care, we offer a medically assisted detox program at Colorado Springs Detox Center. This program consists of a 5-14 day detox and assessment program for clients who need stabilization during their drug and alcohol detox. During a client's stay, our clinical and medical staff provides 24/7 medical supervision, individual therapy, detailed and individualized discharge plans, and a comprehensive physical, psychological, emotional, and spiritual treatment program that clients are invited to engage in once they are stable.
Our holistic day treatment program, also known as Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), was created for young adults ages 18-30 who need a highly structured environment in order to succeed in their recovery. Clients in this program will be involved in a variety of therapeutic groups and activities including academic and vocational assistance, group therapy, and experiential activities.
Additionally, our sober living homes are where young adults find support and structure early in the recovery process. We have a men's home is in Denver and Colorado Springs, and a women's home is in Boulder.
For clients who would still benefit from the structure but do not require 40 hours a week, we offer an intensive outpatient program, or "IOP". This program provides around 16 hours per week of clinical groups and activities including academic and vocational sessions, group therapy, and experiential activities. This is a longer-term program lasting 8-12 weeks.
Our Virtual IOP program offers the same programming, all online. Ideal for those who live too far to drive in, have transportation issues, or health concerns that make in-person treatment challenging. All sessions take place live with master's level therapists providing therapy.
