Primary Family Therapist

Requirements

  • Licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW (LAC or CAC II/III preferred)
  • Experience working with dually-diagnosed clients and family members.
  • Availability to attend a clinical meeting on Mondays from 1-2 PM to  and team meeting on Fridays from 9 – 10:30 AM.

This position will commence as a contract role but has the potential to become a full time position dependent on performance and need.  Full time positions with Sandstone Care include competitive compensation including full medical benefits, paid time off, and retirement benefits.

Primary Clinician for Adolescent/ Young Adult Intensive Outpatient Group

Requirements

  • LPC, LCSW, & LAC or CAC II/III
  • Experience working with adolescents and young adults 
  • Experience working with dually diagnosed clients
  • Availability to attend a team meeting Fridays from 9 AM- 12 PM

This position will commence as a 20 hr / week contract role but has the potential to become a full time position dependent on performance and need.  Full time positions with Sandstone Care include competitive compensation including full medical benefits, paid time off, and retirement benefits.

Assessment/Intake Coordinator

Requirements

  • Licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT
  • Experience working with or willingness to learn screening tools such as the ASAM, ASI, TASI, CRAFFT, MAST, DAST.
  • Experience with DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for substance use disorders as well as other mental disorders.
  •  A desire to connect with people and educate families on treatment strategies
  • Organized and detail-oriented, ability to follow through with families 
  • Experience in doing pre-authorization for services with various insurance providers
  • Availability to attend a team meeting on Friday 9-10:30 AM

PRN Clinician

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in a related field, licensure preferred
  • Minimum of CAC II preferred
  • Experience working with adolescents and young adults
  • Training in assessment and intake
  • Availability to attend a team meeting one Friday per month from 9-10:30 AM.

This person would cover for primary clinicians in the IOP and PHP as needed. This position will commence as a contract role with hours varying depending on need, but has the potential to become a full time position dependent on performance and organizational need.  Full time positions at Sandstone Care include competitive compensation including full medical benefits, paid time off, and retirement benefits.
